Membership Information

You have selected the Irving Group-Buy Auto-Renew Standard Membership membership level.

Membership Renewal Policy Update:  10-Equalized-Payment and  Net-30 are offered this year.  NO Pre-Buy available. 

All memberships will auto-renew on March 31st/April 1st each year at the annual rate of $50.

Failure to complete the auto-renewal will result in membership expiration and removal from the group list.

Important Policy Change:
When renewing your membership, price details may not yet be available. SEC is committed to negotiating the best possible rate for the group.
If you are not comfortable with this arrangement or have concerns, please do not join SEC or renew your membership.

This is recommended for existing SEC group member or  existing Irving Customer.

Irving  Group Purchase Annual Membership:  With this purchase, you are qualify to join the Energy Saving Club.  When the new price is negotiated, you are qualify for the group discounted price.

For the annual contract, the following will be updated as soon as the negotiation is done.

$1.40 Discount For Propane Equalized-Payment Plan (Split the total bill to 10 months)

$1.30 Discount For Propane Net-30 Plan ( Pay bill in 30 days)

$0.45 Discount for Oil.

Propane (300 gallon minimum requirements) and Oil  .

Irving Contract Signup time is  after the second week of July.

When you sign up, you agree with all the following terms and conditions.

The price for membership is $49.99 now and then $50.00 per Year starting March 31, 2026.

** If Irving is not your current service provider, you are hereby authorized to allow SEC Group to pass your registration information to Irving. Irving will conduct a credit check and set up your Irving account. Therefore, please ensure that your name, service address, and phone number are accurate and up to date.

Please select the fuel delivery address is billing address or add the service address at shipping address.

Additionally, please provide the name of your current service provider. This information is extremely helpful in speeding up the propane tank ownership transfer process. Note that oil tanks should not encounter the same issue.

You understand that $50 is annual membership fee It will be renewed automatically on April 1st of next year. You can choose not to renew the membership and remove from the member list. You can rejoin as a completely new member at $75 without auto-subscription.

You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain your SEC membership. The SEC group will update the membership list with the following information your name, address, phone number, email address, and your Irving account number. This information is used solely to verify membership details. Your SEC membership may be revoked if you fail to maintain your membership status. SEC is not responsible for any consequences, such as missing deadlines or being unable to access locked-price plans, resulting from your failure to maintain membership.
