Membership Information

You have selected the Irving Group-Buy Auto-Renew Platinum Membership membership level.

The Premium service is designed for customers who are transitioning from another service provider to Irving. While it is not mandatory, we highly recommend it, especially during the first year when navigating all the necessary procedures can be challenging.

Remember,  $250 is only for the first year.  the next year will be standard charge $50 only.

Here’s how the service works:

  1. Support and Guidance: We offer this service to assist you with as many steps as we can. However, please note that you will still need to complete the credit check and sign the contract yourself.
  2. Liability with Current Provider: This service does not cover any liabilities you may have with your current service provider. For example, if you have an outstanding balance or need to pay a termination fee, those will still be your responsibility.
  3. Tank Transfer Coordination: We will coordinate with Irving to either buy out your underground tank if it passes inspection or arrange for the swap of your above-ground tank.

If you are not accepted by Irving as a customer, you will receive full refund.

If you change your mind after the process initiated, you will receive $150 refund.

The price for membership is $250.00 now and then $50.00 per Year starting March 31, 2026.

** If Irving is not your current service provider, you are hereby authorized to allow SEC Group to pass your registration information to Irving. Irving will conduct a credit check and set up your Irving account. Therefore, please ensure that your name, service address, and phone number are accurate and up to date.

Please select the fuel delivery address is billing address or add the service address at shipping address.

Additionally, please provide the name of your current service provider. This information is extremely helpful in speeding up the propane tank ownership transfer process. Note that oil tanks should not encounter the same issue.

You understand that $50 is annual membership fee It will be renewed automatically on April 1st of next year. You can choose not to renew the membership and remove from the member list. You can rejoin as a completely new member at $75 without auto-subscription.

You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain your SEC membership. The SEC group will update the membership list with the following information your name, address, phone number, email address, and your Irving account number. This information is used solely to verify membership details. Your SEC membership may be revoked if you fail to maintain your membership status. SEC is not responsible for any consequences, such as missing deadlines or being unable to access locked-price plans, resulting from your failure to maintain membership.

You may need a PayPal account to check out and have the subscription. If you have PayPal account, you need to log into it before make the payment. Even you DON'T have one, you can create a PayPal account easily. All you need to do is to adding a password at the checkout page. Please also make sure your payment credit card and its expiration date is updated.
