You have selected the Irving Group-Buy Business Membership membership level.

Auto Renew Jun 1st Each Year. This is only for NON-RESIDENTIAL account ( Business, School, Church and others).

Irving  Group Purchase Annual Membership:  With this purchase, you are qualify to join the Energy Saving Club.  When the new price is negotiated, you are qualify for the group discounted price.

For the annual contract, here is some guidelines.

Business discount is case by case. It depends on the usage, location and payment plan.

When you sign up, you agree with all the following terms and conditions.

Those terms and conditions can be changed without notice.

Your account will be active in 48  business hours after the SEC membership purchase.

  1. Membership fees are non-refundable.   Membership is address based. It is not sharable.
  2. Before signing up, please check on Irving website to make sure you are covered by their service.
  3. Annual membership covers your propane or oil purchase price during the Sep 1st  to May 31th next year.
  4. Your agreement with Irving will subject to the approval credit check.
  5. Approved allowance is based on the usage of last year.
  6. Save Energy Club is ONLY negotiating the group price with Irving.
  7. Member is responsible to pay the membership fee and maintain the status and also signing up Irving annually.  You will receive the clear instructions after purchase.
  8. Prices will be in effect for the term specified in the Signed Supplier’s Fuel Contract
  9. No partial membership fees.

Waiver of liability: Member understands and accepts that the only responsibility of The Save Energy Club (SEC) is to negotiate the fuel purchase price.  SEC has no responsibility for and shall not be liable for anything else, including fuel delivery, fuel spills, member’s non payment, etc. Member agrees to indemnify and hold the SEC harmless for any and all liabilities, injuries, unforeseen events and costs of any kind.

What Next???

  1.  Once your purchase is complete, you can download the instructions for next steps.
  2.  Waited for 48-72 hours, you can contact Irving with our group ID and name.
  3.  You need to call Irving and sign the contract with Irving in order to get the guaranteed price (You need to sign an electronic contract with Irving within 48 hours after you received the email contract).  
  4. Member is responsible for not signing Irving’s contract within the 48 hours time line.
  5. Confirm the plan, gallon numbers, and price after you receive the confirmation pdf.
  6. Without this PDF, you are not protected by the locked price.
  7. It is member’s responsibility to complete all these steps before the deadline.

The price for membership is $99.99 now and then $100.00 per Year starting March 31, 2026.

** If Irving is not your current service provider, you are hereby authorized to allow SEC Group to pass your registration information to Irving. Irving will conduct a credit check and set up your Irving account. Therefore, please ensure that your name, service address, and phone number are accurate and up to date.

Additionally, please provide the name of your current service provider. This information is extremely helpful in speeding up the propane tank ownership transfer process. Note that oil tanks should not encounter the same issue.

You understand that $50 is annual membership fee It will be renewed automatically on April 1st of next year. You can choose not to renew the membership and remove from the member list. You can rejoin as a completely new member at $75 without auto-subscription.

You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain your SEC membership. The SEC group will update the membership list with the following information your name, address, phone number, email address, and your Irving account number. This information is used solely to verify membership details. Your SEC membership may be revoked if you fail to maintain your membership status. SEC is not responsible for any consequences, such as missing deadlines or being unable to access locked-price plans, resulting from your failure to maintain membership.
