Will Irving deliver to where I live?
At the moment, only New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine are covered in our group-buy program.

Can I still join SEC if I am already an Irving customer?
Yes. It is even easier if you are existing Irving customer. You need to purchase SEC annual membership and then contact Irving customer service after 48 hours following our instructions
What is the requirements for propane program?
At least 300 gallon annually per household.
Lived in the service covered area.
How do I switch service provides?
After you purchased the membership, please wait for 48 hours.
Call Irving to join with our group ID and group name
Irving will inspect the propane tank first. If the tank passes the inspection, then it is easy to go. If the tank fails the inspection, Irving may replace the tank at Irving’s cost.
No matter what situation, you need to make sure you lock your propane price first.
What happens next after purchasing the membership?
Please allow Save Energy Club( SEC) and Irving 48 hours to synchronize the membership data.
Next, you will need to call Irving Energy Customer Number with the Group ID number that’s provided to you. Irving may check your credit if you are a new customer before confirming your are on the SEC member list.
After that, Irving will apply the negotiated group price to your account.
The contract will be sent to you by email. You will need to confirm the price and payment terms and e-sign the contract. Without this step, the rate is not locked. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH CONFIRMATION.
Do I need to sign contract with Irving every year?
Yes. The pricing information will be reset in your account after the contract ends at May 31st each year.
You are required to maintain your valid SEC membership if you want to qualify the group price.
You can also receive the free SEC membership by referring friends and neighbors.
Can I share the membership with other households?
No. The membership is based on the physical address. Only one address is allowed for each account.
If you have multiple address need service, you can have two separate accounts and each has its own delivery address.
Is the membership fee refundable?
No. The membership fee is not refundable unless you are not accepted by Irving as a customer. Please email us at ContactUs@SavEnergyClub.com if you have any questions.
Can I refer others to become members?
Yes. You may use the referral URL in your account to share on social media or by email. You will receive reward for each new customer ( new address) who purchases the membership. The referral policy is subject to change without further notice.
When will my membership expire?
The membership expires on March 31st each year.
Your membership will be auto renewed on March 31st or April 1st next year.
Your contract with Irving is still valid till May 31st each year.

- Please read the form carefully to fill in the contents and confirm all the selections
- Please read the terms and conditions before purchase the membership.
- You will receive the membership confirmation.
- From 2025 May, the Irving price, signup code, timelines will be delivered when the negotiation is completed. It is most likely that you will renew your membership before you have the price information. Please make sure you know this before you make the purchase.
- Your data security and privacy is important to us. Only name, address, phone number and email are collected to verify the membership and to contact you for any updates. No payment information is stored on this website.

- Copy and paste the URL on social media, website or emails.
- You will receive reward after each newly-referred customer ( new address) completes the purchase.
- The reward will be calculated and payout to your registered email address as PayPal credit before the end of each year
- The referral program can be change and terminated at any time. This function is used a paid server/service to track all referral. If the developer stop to update and to support the platform, the program will be stopped.
